Aaron Dion, a native to the Greater Portland area, became Ward Water’s treatment specialist and Estimator more than 7 years ago. Prior to joining the Ward Water team Aaron was an estimator in the home remodeling industry for more than 9 years. One of Aaron’s earliest managers and mentors once gave him an invaluable piece of advice that he has never forgotten: “Always do your absolute best to put yourself in the shoes of the person in front of you…how would you want to be treated if this person was in your home, meeting with you and your family, asking for your direction and advice?” That advice and most invaluable perspective definitely stuck with Aaron. To this day it’s the foundation Aaron relies on for all of our relationships with Ward Water customers.
Michael Arsenault is a 6th generation family member and plumber to work in the family business. He began his career with Ward Water as a licensed apprentice and is now studying for his journeyman’s license. He has a natural affinity for the work and loves interacting with customers. Outside of work he enjoys time spent with his girlfriend, Amelia, and his dog, Bentley, along with other family and friends.
Chris Harrington became the lead service technician at Ward Water after working directly with Charlie. A loyal and dedicated expert that takes pride in his work, customers now ask for him by name. When not helping install new or maintaining current water systems for our valued customers, you can find him serving his community in a fire truck or ambulance. He has been a firefighter for the town of Sebago since 2008, and an EMT since 2013. Besides being a firefighter/EMT he is also an avid outdoorsman. Hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking are only a few of the ways he loves to enjoy this beautiful state. Although he has only been a part of Ward Water for a few years, he takes his job very seriously and always gives 100% to make sure our customers get the service they deserve.
